NORTH KOREA conquers the United States

LMAO. also the Red Dawn remake with NK as the baddies :data-laughing:

How unbelievably embarrassing itd be for the richest empire to get owned so completely by half of Korea.

You forget North Korea manages to do a Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere before somehow invading the US

I love me some 80s Red Dawn though. It’s so fucking stupid. Incredible film.

What if Red Dawn remake but the kids defect to the communist side

That's what I love about the "Tomorrow series". It's basically Red Dawn, but as the series goes on there's a severe sign of unreliable narration and "Hans, are we the baddies?" happening.

My favorite part of Red Dawn is that it's implicitly supporting communists without realizing it. While the local rich and powerful support the occupation, the wolverine resistance cell fights the psychotic foreign occupying force to free their own people from oppression and random violence.

Like it was made straight out of Vietnam and the movie says "Okay, we were definitely the bad guys there, but like what if the tables were turned?" If you swapped America for Korea or Vietnam and Cuba with the US, the movies would basically be documentaries.
