Honestly, I think the ideal beginner water is gonna be a filtered tap water. I generally recommend avoiding bottled waters, they just lack character while also not being as pure, flat, and neutral as RO water, which is a really interesting quality by itself. For more advanced drinkers, I recommend artesian well-sourced waters. For everyone from first timers all the way up to professional water drinkers, you truly cannot go wrong with Reverse Osmosis water. I don't think there's any purer water out there.
