I love atom heart mother, it was also my first thought when I read the thread title. All the rest are still great but atom heart mother just has something that makes it more special.
I wouldn't rate it near my favorite, but I will affirm that I think Atom Heart Mother is consistently underrated.

Musically? Wish You Were Here. Thematically I loved The Wall in college, but I probably need to give Animals another listen through. Most bangers is definitely Dark Side though.
Fun fact: When their producer or executive heard "Another Brick in the Wall" he said it'd make a great single for the radioplay before the whole album released. Roger Waters allegedly went on a major rant shouting "WE DON'T MAKE FUCKING SINGLES."
