        This, plus serious bigots consciously using it as a pipeline to fascism, is what eventually changed it. I remember seeing screenshots of posts on actual Stormfront/similar sites going into detail about how to pull people on 4chan from "that's gay" or South Park-style black jokes to more tenacious homophobia and white supremacy.

      I think they've always been reactionary, but I think they had a more libertarian stance before going further right/anti-sjw.
