minus-squarecharliehexbear14·edit-26 months agoI think it’s closer to like 95% if you pull back the layer of Chinese exports going to Canada/Japan/Mexico for assembly and then being imported to the US. Those show as Canadian/Japanese/Mexican imports in figures which I find misleading. Show link

I think it’s closer to like 95% if you pull back the layer of Chinese exports going to Canada/Japan/Mexico for assembly and then being imported to the US. Those show as Canadian/Japanese/Mexican imports in figures which I find misleading.
