Does anyone know any good new psych bands? Something in the vein of old tame impala, pink floyd, sunbeam sound machine?

I like some of their songs, like nuclear fusion is a banger, but they just don't consistently hit the itch

If you like nuclear fusion. you really ought to connect with every single track on Float Along Fill Your Lungs, then you might be in the mood for Gumboot Soup, perhaps you now have an unexplained urge to give thee rest of Flying Microtonal Banana a second or third go, maybe you've missed something essential... feels like it's gonna be Polygon for the 52nd time, nope not a trace of guilt.

Anatolian psychedelic is good stuff, here's some of that.

    Barış Manço isn't new but he's p. decent https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rXuSneRo_8g

Selda Bağcan also isn't new but she's great https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l-AnIKtwX8I

Altın Gün are actually contemporary, new stuff this year https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QhDfOYn0118

And this isn't anatolian psychedelic,: el guincho. you might know these guys I dunno how big they are https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AIdUBVjyY5A

edit: nsfw on that el guincho video, there's some toplessness in there

Check out Electric Octopus. Theyre psychadelic post rock and my favorite band overall. Every song is like 12+ minutes and they help me stay sane while I'm driving.

    All Them Witches

    King Buffalo

Lamp of the Universe (not that new)

Hawkwind (not new at all, but if you're seeking some new jams to umma that gumma, the first dozen or so Hawkwind records will punch your card)

Masayoshi Takanaka - "The Rainbow Goblins" (not new at all, but I feel a responsibility to spread the word of this album)
