But seriously If you're struggling align yourself with a doorframe. Stand against it, and do your best to make your heels, bum, mid back and the back of your head touch the doorframe. You can grab the edges of the doorframe with your hands If they stick out a little from the wall. Once you can do that, move your head and look down as much as possible while maintaining contact with the back of your head and the doorframe. Hold for 5 seconds before looking forward again and repeat a few times. This can help a ton
