I never got to go to the dentist as a kid and when I was first able to afford it one of the first few things my Dr asked me is how much pain I was in with a completely rotted out molar and I honestly told him it was a 0 but can be a 8 some days but goes away usually. He prescribed me 15 norcos and told me to take 2 when I got home after referring me to an endodontis (who also gave me more lol.) Dude literally didn't get he just gave me drugs to sell, I usually numbed it by swishing hard alcohol in my mouth for awhile. I just always thought that situation was wild cause I know that tooth looked bad but I got use to it I guess
