I've got access to hbo and I'm thinking about watching Chernobyl. Will I be able to watch it, or am I gonna hear some really stupid take in the first few minutes and have to turn it off?

Edit: I watched The Brest Fortress. https://youtu.be/lw3mDJ0qdp0 Excellent, but very sad.

Sopranos is great. I can't watch it right now because I'm supposed to be watching it with my wife. I need to get out of quarantine.

I'm skeptical of The Wire because it seems to have a lot of liberal acclaim. I don't even know what it's about. Fill me in, please.

IDK Wire was pretty good. Every season is a critique of some aspect of society. The war on drugs, the educational system, the media, the judicial system. Even just the acting and storylines are good on their own. But good to watch with someone else too.

I do think my wife would like it. I'll have to wait. Maybe I'll just watch fail videos all night.

The wire basically lays out how America has failed at every level of civil society. It's an absolute gem.
