I've got access to hbo and I'm thinking about watching Chernobyl. Will I be able to watch it, or am I gonna hear some really stupid take in the first few minutes and have to turn it off?

Edit: I watched The Brest Fortress. https://youtu.be/lw3mDJ0qdp0 Excellent, but very sad.

I enjoyed it, but most people won't get as much out of it. It is virulently anti-communist, to the extent of changing real people to be completely different to make the soviets look worse. IIRC it also gets some science wrong. On the upside, it shows the actual workers of the soviet union to be heroes. You might enjoy it, but you'll almost certainly get mad at least once per episode.

I do like to be angry, but I don't like it so much when I'm stuck in a room by myself.

Netflix has a Russian language show about sex robots. I might watch that instead.
