That sentence makes me laugh. You can read it to mean he's saying he wants to change how we feel. I wonder what he says about climate change. I bet it's basically a whole bunch of words that can be reduced to "Geoengineering will solve it - no biggie!"
He’s essentially just saying he wants to keep moving forward on the current path.
He's not even saying that much. He's just keying on a rhetorical turn-of-phrase to distinguish himself from other candidates. It would be akin to saying "I'm not red like the Republicans or blue like the Democrats. I'm white."
It's nothing. Completely hollow. And it'll collapse the moment he comes into contact with an issue anyone actually cares about, for the same reason his campaign collapsed when he ran for mayor.
