Like, I legit know a few people who were directly threatened by their employers against getting vaccinated for fear of firing. But I've yet to hear of anyone actually getting fired. It seems to me that these policies are just intimidation tactics intended to get staff to be terrified of even mentioning vax status out of the gate.
They're small business owners, naturally they suck
