There is no positive outcome to that discourse. Either it works and now there's (even more of) a self-sacrificial poverty fetishization built into the "movement" (if you can call it that when it focuses on shit like this) or it doesn't and the people with this liberal tendency pointlessly feel alienated with no way to resolve their feelings.
