They'll just import more labor and export more jobs. I assume that the floor of labor collapse is infinite when you have imperialism... Education however does not have a good fix. Even if they be more debt lenient and give everyone a loan for training/schooling and even then people will be unwilling cuz it's not free and not gonna reliably improve their life unless they move out of the country. The government wants to always do the big libs vs chuds show but with this pandemic, they underestimated it and put it into the show so anything serious done about it will be unwanted by at least half of America. And as much of the propaganda exists, it will have diminishing returns if everyone's dying and being replaced. It's important to us as leftists to do praxis and agitprop before the grinder eats everyone... As for the tipping point of all of that, it's gonna be when consumer goods dry up/becomes too luxury and basic utilities (water, internet, electricity, etc.) start becoming scarce and some sort of protracted movement is built because it's clear that crisis alone won't set anything off.
