I've tried to do that before but end up sitting at the ethics screen trying to decide if real communism is fanatically materialist, collectivist, egalitarian, or xenophilic.
Its fairly easy to flavour Rogue Servitors as FALGSC but If you just want LGSC there's the Star Trek:New Horizons mod and also theres a few other mods that add new civics and governmental features if base game "shared burdens" is too lackluster.
It's very obviously the shared burdens civic (came with the Le Guin update, I think), which requires fanatic egalitarian. Plus materialist (philosophical materialism, duh, but also FALGSC) would make the most sense unless you're trying to do something weird like militarist space Posadists. (I like to put them in my games as a potential ally, along with weird spiritualist communist psychic space mushrooms.)
It even comes with a Russian advisor voice that calls enemies reactionaries and talks about the means of production.

Either Driven Assimilator and pretend that assimilation is radicalization and revolution, or hivemind empath with the shared burdens trait.
Best communism options are under the gestalt consciousness.
I feel like you are both looking for Rouge Servitor.
Oh shit that's the one where you're like a bunch of butler bots right?
I'll have to play that next time.
It's fully automated luxury gay space communism but mandatory pretty much
It's literally just a robot hive mind with pets.
