Anyone else bothered by the word "errant"? Like it was out of control or something and not purposefully fired with the 'knowledge' they had a legit target? Par for the course I guess for American media, anything to avoid the culpability of having murdered a whole family
The MSM has fabricated a fantasy world where all of America's fancy weapons only ever hit enemy combatants. So when there is so much publicity around a case of collateral damage they have to put on airs about how such a tragedy could have occurred.
Of course if they ever reported on all the cases of collateral damage in these imperialist campaigns they wouldn't be able to maintain the illusion of the existence of "smart" weapons at the behest of the military-industrial complex.

They are really shameless with it. The media peaked during the MSF hospital bombing where even though there were no taliban in the area, the US knew it was a hospital, and they continued bombing for 30 minutes after MSF called begging them to stop the media still reported it as an accident.
Every time I hear about this strike, I feel like I'm in a strange dream. We already knew that US drone strikes killed innocent people all the time.
This was why the Obama regime just started counting all men above a certain age as targets. The Trump regime, if I recall correctly, stopped collecting data altogether.
Why is this a surprise to everyone? I'm assuming that the media is big on this because they want to tar and feather Biden for leaving Afghanistan, but it's still amazing people don't remember all the prior drone strike news.
