200 best pitchfork readers who did too much ket and ruined the vibes of my New Years party
This list is embarrassing. Strong "IMDB Top 250 movies what do you mean The Dark Knight is a better movie than 8 1/2 and what is a Tarkovsky" vibes. Imagine thinking 3 of the top ten greatest albums of the last 25 years are by Radiohead. Come on. Lauren Hill at 50? Not a single Charli, Janelle Monae, or Mitski album in the top 100?! First album by a woman is at 17 and it's fucking Lana Del Rey's worst album lol. It just gets worse the more I look at it.
Okay, most of this is true and the list is bad, but NFR is actually the best Lana Del Rey album
Wow, never seen that emote in the wild before. :sankara-salute:
I really do not understand what people see in Taylor Swift and Folklore
I was gonna say more but I had to remind myself not to care about Pitchfork lists
what else do I need to listen to, before I have the proper context for this?
A distraught weasel trapped inside the drum of a banjo, shrieking for scraps of food for all eternity.
i felt the same way about jnew for years but i became obsessed with her music after a rly traumatic break up
Way too much Radiohead and Outkast.
This album list is some gen x/millenial in between's "alternative" playlist with breakthrough hits from other genres mixed in
Radiohead taking 3 of the top 4 spots is excessive, but Outkast is sitting at 38, 45, and 180 with their stuff. I don't think it's nearly as egregious with them.
I bet you buzzfeed has a better album list that this

E•MO•TION was when I really learned I wasn't straight. I was like, why is this album only popular with queer people, and why do I love it so much... oh.
I get Nu-Metal’s pretty cringe nowadays, but not even Hybrid Theory or Toxicity?
