We're having trouble hiring right now because when we ask people if they're vaccinated half the time they snap and go full Qanon, otherwise it's young college kids that ghost us because they probably got a better paying job before their first day because literally everywhere is hiring.
They can't keep a job because they become unbearably annoying and bring up skull shapes or weirdass conspiracy theories while at work.
