Also competitive Pokemon is absolutely insane. The amount of time and knowledge and suffering it takes to craft an actual competitive team is on a whole nother level of :what-the-hell:
I am not a big pokemon fan. But I did look into the comp scene a bit a few years back. The complexity comes from understanding the actual workings of the game. Its pretty crazy how they probably understand how and why the game works the way it does more then the actual programmers. lol
It's really wild. I've read up a tiny bit on IVs vs. EVs, breeding, natures, training, etc. and even the little bit of that info I absorbed was way too complicated for me. hashtag Filthy Casual
Disregard my other post. That shit is tuff. I got into it when HG/SS came out cause the gen 4 system was a massive step up and I didn't have to learn new Pokemon since I dropped off after Gen 2.
