Attractiveness is a social construct, in Chinese beauty standards she is not considered attractive... in fact, Westerners tend to find attractive many Asians that wouldn't considered attractive in their countries of origin (and vice versa).

I mean, in Chinese beauty standards, small eyes, big faces, big jaws, single eyelids, smalls noses and darker skins aren't considered attractive. My girlfriend and most of my Chinese friends don't consider this girl attractive, the consider her average at best. What I'm really trying to say is that attractiveness and beauty are all a social construct, it all depends on the society you were born into; categorically declaring someone as objectively pretty or ugly is as ridiculous as the cringe phrenologists in those YouTube videos.

Example of what is considered the ideal of beauty for a Chinese woman: http://www.bingguner.com/upimg/allimg/200103/19-2001031111512a.jpg
