...yeah, but also be careful about mass migrations from shut down subreddits. That hasn't gone all that smoothly, historically speaking, and there's a load of libs involved in this one.
The value of that sub, IMO, is the fact that it's huge and on :reddit-logo: anyway. Transplanting it here doesn't preserve its utility in terms of helping promote class-consciousness.
Yeah, that was how I interpreted it. Didn't mean to imply you were advocating for it to be a pipeline, sorry. I just wanted to point that out because people always talk about "pipelining" so much, and I really don't think it's a good fit for here at all.
We gotta give their mods the tools they need to get their own Lemmy/hexbear instance up and running. We can help out and do some praxis without pointing an 800k user firehose at hexbear.net.
Yeah, there are quite a few sometimes, especially if you count the lurkers (some of the vote patterns on here can be... weird). It's not nearly as many as any large :reddit-logo: community, though.

Hey it's g sorry I read your comment in a bad light when it wasn't necessary. I'm extremely manic today and it's not doing me any favors.
what a lovely interaction, comrades
I love this place
It's all good. :stalin-approval:
Yeah, this site isn't the pipes, its the outlet
:fry:

There's a lot of libs here, too.

No doubt, no doubt
