By him attending he owns him. If he's even invited in the first place, he absolutely will attend Biden's funeral if somehow Trump's off-brand Adrenochrome lasts longer than Biden's dementia.
He won't be invited. He wasn't invited to McCain's either, although I think Ivanka and Jared insisted on an invite/were expected to politely turn the invite down. I remember Meghan bitching about how they should have known that they weren't welcome at her dad's funeral.
