    Agreed, this is accounted for in the Soviet bill of rights on page 7 I think. Everyone is guaranteed paid vacation and the workday is limited to 7 hours for professions where that is possible.

    There is also clearly laid out welfare policies for those unable to work and a retirement policy and maternity leave. They even include stipulations that revreation and medical care development is the duty of the state so workers have places to vacation and relax...

    Like, the main issue with the USSR was that the welfare system was so good that millions of people just stopped working hard.
