Mine is D2 for the Dreamcast. A pretty obscure game from auteur Kenji Eno (RIP). Freaky game and it's only shown in the ending that it time hops back to New Years of 2000. But it's a great game with a fantastic plot for survival horror.
I'd say Parasite Eve but I think that one only goes from December 24th to the 29th or so.
PE is for sure a Christmas Fave for me, I posted about Sonic Adventure's Christmas DLC last week too.
D2 is a good one. Also, everyone who likes Kenji Eno, check out the Archipel documentary on him that just released.
Parasite Eve is another good one.
I used to start playing Shadow Of The Colossus and/or ICO around this time. Pray For The Gods is wintery, I think, maybe I should play that.
I wish more games were seasonly-themed. You get the variety themeparks with a bunch of aesthetics and seasons and stuff, but rarely mono-themed games. I Am Setsuna would be another good one for around now.

Cool, I'll have to remember to check that out. Eno was an interesting guy and his games are cool.
