When checking the comment section, it seems that the video got shorten two times by Youtube. Viewers could see the entire video and then three weeks ago they could only see the first 40 min and two weeks ago, we were only able to see the first 18 min.
It doesn't work for me past the 18 minute mark. Corruption of the video should have happened when you do the compression or copying the video. This means that it for each compression level which this has three, the problem needs to have been repeated three times independently. I don't find that likely but we will never know for sure other than that it is very strange. My theory is that it was first cut off when Stockwell cites colonel White saying about working for the CIA "It was fun, fun, fun. Where else could a red-blooded American boy lie, kill and cheat, steal, deceive, rape and pillage with the sanction and blessing of the All-Highest?" And since that was to obvious that the cut happened there they moved it earlier after a week.
Yeah, I guess it depends on the gracefulness on what video codex your browser use. The point of manipulating info is not to block all but enough to never let it go mainstream. Limited hangout, baby!

For me, at the 18:38 mark it pauses and buffers for about a minute, and then the audio continues again. Pretty unusual. Seems like a corrupted video.

I also can't play it past around 18 mins. That's the end of the progress bar and when it hits that point the video starts buffering forever.
