There is a very real chance that the Supreme Court will soon prohibit the EPA from limiting greenhouse gas emissions from power plants. This is a horrifying grant.

To be clear: The Supreme Court may not only deny the EPA authority to regulate greenhouse gases from power plants, but also prohibit Congress from delegating that authority to the EPA in the first place.

    Agreed, she knew damn well she was hoping that Hilary would get in and "TOTALLY PWN LE RED-NECK DRUMPFERS xDDDDDDDD". What's also funny is that RBG was known for a DISSENT, AKA LOSING. Liberals are fucking pathetic worms, and no wonder the GOP feel so high and mighty with weaklings like liberals as their "rivals".

    But of course, remember this. Liberalism is bottoming but for politics. They want us to think dems are just these poor unfortuante souls that just can't catch a break because the GOP is popular among the "unwashmed masses" that don't recognize genius when they see it. In reality, it's a public S & M scene, but it's the public that REALLY gets fucked.
