Yeah, I was mostly thinking of resource extraction. As things heat up, I'm sure we'll see mining for profit being done further and further north. :doomer:
I mean the cold doesn't really stop them if there's enough money to be made anyways but I think the trouble lies in how much infrastructure work needs to be done just to get the money-ball rolling.
For now, but I'm pretty sure there's some plans to develop them as they heat up, aren't there?
