I have asked gender believers if they have a word that means adult human female. A word that solely means adult human female and pertains to every adult human female on the planet.

Well if you want a word that refers specifically to sex (which is the whole TERF gotcha), “female” is fine given the right context. But they want a word that also means “adult” and “human”. It’s like... so you’re telling me that we don’t have proper language to differentiate between sex and gender?
I guess AFAB probably works. Although typically, if it’s a situation where sex matters, I’ll just get more granular to the topic, like people with vaginas or people who have periods, etc.
