Ok, maybe I've phrased this a little offensively to people who believe in spirits and stuff. If so, I'm sorry I'll try to be a bit better next time.
Whitley Strieber is a grifter though, he started out as a Sci-Fi author but when that didn't pan out for him he has claimed: that he's been abducted by aliens, is actually part of a secret group of people taught from childhood by aliens so he can learn science beyond the realm of human understanding, lately his grift is that he can communicate with the dead and that he penned his latest book with his wife's ghost. Communion is a film based on the book he wrote claiming he was abducted by aliens.
Yoooo, my comment was entirely sarcastic. You probably didn’t offend a single comrade. I guess a snake handling evangelical or something might see it that way idk.
Communion, pirate it of course, so Whitley Strieber doesn't get more money to fund books where he claims his wife's ghost predicted the future at him.
Is there something more to this or are we opposed to paranormal comrades sharing knowledge and eldritch moans?

That's really not necessary.

I am appreciative of the further context tho
K, consider my apology formally retracted then.
