Yeah, the laws are stupid. They aren't malicious, there is no moral dimension to it. They result in cops acting stupid don't they? The laws make them give parking tickets to themselves, that is why riots broke out: everyone is tired of seeing cops wear banana suits and walking on all fours because the stupid laws said so. It is simply about delivering bureaucratic competency, which the free market will provide.
