The summary for the assassin/aristocrat isekai show (Sekai Saikou no Ansatsusha, Isekai Kizoku ni Tensei suru) looked bad, but it had a fairly good rating on MAL so I gave it a shot. Do not recommend; heavy pedo vibes. I've already read the manga for Komi-san, Mieruko-chan, and Senpai ga Uzai so I'm skipping those. Same goes for Faraway Paladin although I might check it out later.

ASMR The Anime sure is... something. Short 3m 30s episodes of cute anime girls making ASMR content (gone s*xual). They're all on YouTube so no need to go hunting for them, I guess. Putting it here for the sheer weirdness.

Kyoukai Senki [AMAIM Warrior at the Borderline] is a Mecha anime so +1 for that. The plot gives me Code Geass vibes - It's the future, Japan's been colonized, and there are mechs. Ep 1 was okay. Got better near the end. Probably gonna get lots of Code Geass comparisons (to its detriment). The first episode of both shows hit about the same plot beats but CG executed them waaaaaay better. And you got to know so much more about Lelouch as a character than the protagonist in this one. Still, considered on its own, it's not a bad pilot, just formulaic. Let's see where it goes. Stream Link

Blue Period makes me smile. A high school student struggling to decide between pursuing his passion or going into a "safe" field. Really captures the joy of painting in a way I (as someone who doesn't paint) can appreciate. The pilot does a good job of establishing the different characters too. Link. Based on a manga, so you can always read ahead when you catch up to the episodes.

Blade Runner: Black Lotus is something I'll definitely check out once it releases. The visuals look gorgeous (but the walking animation is a bit janky at parts in the second trailer). The full 3D animation is something I'm cautious about. But, it's Blade Runner. You have to at least see the pilot.

Deji Meets Girl is so freaking cute and weird and I want more! Incredibly short eps (1m 30s w/o the ED) but they're so charming and magical and just fun! Wish they were longer but I guess quality > quantity, eh? Watch here.

That's all I've checked out yet, but I'll update this comment with some more later.

I forgot to mention Blue Period! It falls into the "already reading the manga" category but the manga is absolutely fantastic.

Everyone seems hyped for Ousama ranking and I only watched ep 01 so far it definitely has potential I am inclined to keep watching a bit more.

Komi san ep 01 was surprisingly high quality and it looks like it will be a fine romantic comedy, however I am undecided if I want to watch that or not because the premise was never that interesting to me.

Still looking to try takt op.Destiny and Blue Period. Also Aquatope and maybe Senpai ga Uzai Kouhai no Hanashi because I usualy like both those studios.

I watched up to ep 3 of the assassin isekai and there are some good things I like but others that are questionable to say the least.

I don't know if I'd recommend it yet, if there is a lot of aristocrats getting killed again then maybe it is ok. I am truly curious about how the author will tackle killing the hero, I hope it wont come down to just pointing out some secret crime or bad thing the hero did and just use that to justify it otherwise the premise is the most interesting one I've seen recently.

There are a lot of ways it could go on to become trash but so far it is quite average.

Gintama's final movie is coming out in theaters, so that I guess. Seasonal is for chumps.

Mushoku Tensei. never hated myself more for liking something. thankfully season 2 is fairly tame in comparison to the first (so far).

I'm slowly going through Kaizoku Oujou. fun throwback to 90's era adventure anime. it's a bit dull at times though.

I thought Chainsaw Man would be in this list and now I'm panicking. after Jujutsu Kaisen and Dorohedoro I am never going to not watch a Mappa adaptation.

so far I've only seen Komi-san and it's pretty funny. Surprisingly well animated in some episodes.

Basically it's about a girl who is super shy trying to make friends in a class full of extreme weirdos
