Just thinking of all the socially acceptable addictions I have because my habits don’t involve physical withdrawal or large amounts of money. Compulsive and detrimental repetitive behaviors are like half my existence
A lot of hard drugs have less withdrawal than sugar. Most drugs actually don't have physical withdrawal. Its basically just the downer family. Only alcohol, benzos and barbiuates of those have potentially lethal withdraeal. Opium withdrawal will make you feel like you're dying but without other conditions maybe killing you cause your system is weak from being sick as hell and that's like, having cancer level or being starving to death already kinda thing, but it won't kill ya
Nausea, low energy, sometimes stach pains, maybe some degree of crankynrss but that's probably a mental thing. Nothing that requires medical attention, just may feel a bit of a long term crash for a little while.
Don't know if this applies to you, but caffeine is physically addictive. If you get a headache if you didn't have coffee by noon, that's caffeine withdrawal.
