It's a linked list data structure, but for some reason it involves raising the global average temperature by 3 degrees Celsius per year.

Pretty much publicly verified data that consumes vast quantities of energy. Instead of having it on 1 server, it's on a shit load of crypto nerds computers and destroys the environment to look at anything stored there.

I think a blockchain is just a way to have a data set that can't be falsified. So in this example your resume exists on multiple machines and can be added to by your employers, and the blockchain would prevent you from, say, embellishing your work experience to make yourself look better to prospective employers. Sounds dystopian as fuck to me, the internet already has the power to permanently remember things that you want it to forget about, and he wants to plug that shit into your LinkdIn profile and make it mandatory.

    No prejudice

Absolutely false, since your experiences will be shaped by your sex/race and the algorithm for giving you your yes/no will undoubtedly be trained in a way that upholds patriarchy and white supremacy.

"What if I never agree to interact with the blockchain, ever, like until the apocalypse happens?"
