Removed by modIn the past year my union has organized two walk outs over vaccine mandates, I really can't afford to lose my job so I participate unwillingly. I feel like the union I'm in has been hijacked by chuds.

someone bring up the lenin about how unions can behave in bad ways because their raison detre is protecting worker's rights... inevitably worker's rights to be selfish & idiotic too
There's two angles on this.
The first is the pure anti-vax angle, which is absolutely Chud shit and frustrating as hell.
But the second is about the ability to pick an arbitrary point of conflict and start firing people until some senior executive gets their way. That second angle is, in my mind, far more important.
If your choice is between an anti-vaxxer who will back you up on the picket line, and a Neoliberal who will throw you under the bus over The Jab... I know who I'd rather have my back.
Ill have the people that give me the science juice thanks, want to hear a Darwinist argument that the unvaccinated are going to die and they deserve it?
There are limits to trade unionism, and this is one of many of them.
