Hate to be the bearer of bad news but THC is oil-soluble so you'd just be inhaling gross, olive oil flavored smoke that doesn't get you as high as water.
The easier way to do this is just use olive oil to clean your glass. I throw my shit in the oven to heat up to 250 degrees (anything above 300 will destroy THC), pour coconut or olive oil depending on what I have, and just shake that bitch. Gets everything off, puts all the THC into the oil for later use. I recommend using coconut oil and making capsules out of it if you're cleaning glass used for flower because the flavor is ass, but if it's a dab rig then it's perfectly fine to put into edibles and will taste like normal weed oil
