I'm reporting back on the experiment with "huel". I tried the food one (as opposed to the drink one.)
Taste is pretty good, surprisingly. Overall, seems like a good concept and I'll probably buy it again at some point. Biggest downside is texture. Everything is dehydrated, and when you rehydrate it, you get weird crunchy bits, like if you undercook rice. I'm still trying to figure out how to prepare it so that doesn't happen, if possible. But, it is pretty filling, and seems to yield good energy and good poops. So a net positive despite the texture issue.
