Yeah, the timeline of cops smuggling kids out -> bystanders getting in the house and taking pictures -> cops setting the house on fire doesn't entirely make sense. If they set the house on fire while the bystanders were in there, that would have been a big deal and definitely mentioned. If they set the house on fire after the bystanders left, well, why?
