minus-squareTheCaconym [any]hexbear2·3 years agoYeah, even in France this is available over-the-counter to any adult with just an ID (the same as those black powder gun replicas like these ones - they're perfectly functional but you have to load the powder, and then the bullet, etc. manually). link
