No I will not explain myself.

The anytime a verb or command is modified by "just", I trust whomever is speaking less in general. Very little in life is simple as "just". Not even "just keep truckin'" is that simple. Trucking is a complex profession.

Yeah I mean if you’ve never installed an operating system before it can take quite a few hours, but the process has gotten a lot easier. Once you have the ISO downloaded it should consist mostly of flashing a hard drive, plugging it in, and following the directions on your screen. I could easily walk someone through the process in a short session. I would never want to teach someone to drive a semi in a similar amount of time

That's kinda what I mean. I'm not saying you're saying this, however that's what I mean. When people say "just XYZ" sometimes people have to go through the rest of the alpahbet to get to XYZ y'know? That's what I hate when liberals and their brood say "Just vote" or "Just budget your expenses" or whatever, it's hardly as simple as "just".

Yeah that’s valid. That’s probably something that can get lost in translation with the shitposting too. I’m trying to imagine teaching my mom to install Linux. I could do it, but to get her to the point where she could do it on her own would be quite the endeavor. At the same time, I generally assume people on this site are more tech savvy than my mom and are also more likely to be fed up with Microsoft and their horseshit

            Also valid and very true.
