    I had a choir teacher with a dude browsing reddit in the back who wasn't able to confront him for some reason. He would just passively go on these spiels about how if you distract yourself from what you're doing, you cultivate a split consciousness and lose the ability to focus properly.

    I am listening to a podcast right now and also walking on the street by cars with no sidewalk. Unrelated

    I will also add that dude was wasting money he spent on college classes on REDDIT BROWSING. He could have learned to sing man! Singing is FUN!

      my consciousness has always been split, and my average focus has always sucked

      (my interested hyperfocus is extremely powerful)

        I almost added a bit about this and forgot so thank you for adding it. I think people are sometimes prone to coming up with explanations like this, saying "your face will get stuck like that"
