The only powers that can stop Israel is the US, or half the world finally sanctioning and severing ties with Israel, forcing a faction of the Israeli ruling class to seize power away from Likud or such.
I don't know if that's possible since Israel seems to have spent the last several decades priming its population for genocide and now that the moment of opportunity has come it almost seems to be coming into fruition; I don't know which faction of Israeli society still would stop this from happening if only just to preserve the viability of Zionism, the political climate of Israel has seemingly passed the point of no-return where fascists are the norm rather than the fringe.
I'm guessing he's getting away with doing this because they realise their only hope for winning the case was always just going to be bribing or threatening the judges. So it doesn't really matter what he says, it can't really make their worse.
You don't get better at accomplishing things by changing your goals to something impossibly lofty. Typically you move the goalposts closer, not farther away.
