just to be clear this isn't exaggeration, they literally speak to a guy named Gonzalo Pinochet
The red-brown alliance nobody asked for.
(Not that we asked for any of them)
BBC loves to put the "gloomy desaturation filter" on pictures from AES states
Everyone knows, when socialist is elected you hear thunder in the distance and the world rapidly desaturates, smiles disappear, and sun don’t shine
"Let's ask Karl Hitler about his opinions on USSR victory in WW2"
to be fair Barrack Obama's half brother Malik Obama hates him and supports Trump
I also live in a country that basically just copy pastes BBC news and reports them as facts, so that's fun. :bear-despair:
Here's Gonzalo Pinochet's (the guy interviewed's) twitter and here's the BBC interview with him.
I think populism is something really really bad that's been happening in our continent. Dictatorship is part of our history and we cannot deny urrmmm now we are in 2021
It's not long at least.
From his twitter Gonzalo both comes off as extremely fash in a respectable/mask half on kind of way and is working for some sort of thinktank org, so he's almost certainly A) looped in with the old Pinochet's gang and B) on at least one western intelligence agencies payroll.
Dictatorship is part of our history and we cannot deny
