Since NFTs don’t grant ownership, do you need permission from the owners of a thing to make an NFT of it? Like could I make an NFT of world landmarks and sell “an NFT of the Eiffel Tower?”
I doubt it, this particular scheme seems to have multiple layers, ie take a photo of a real Olive Garden -> create that Olive Garden in the Metaverse (??? I have literally no idea how this part works, this Metaverse shit makes absolutely no sense to me) -> sell an NFT of that Metaverse Olive Garden
