      I think this assumes more competence of the capitalist owners than they actually possess. They're not going in to the office, and they can just have middle management hire more bodies if needed. What more calculus would they need to do, from their perspective?

        I don't know, I could see business leaders teaming up with the Biden administration to fund these sort of think-tanks. Not a lot of thought went into the comment beyond that, but you could be right!
