I don't know why I do it to myself but some out of breath sweaty dorks on the internet just cannot stop complaining about "new CoD safe space participation trophy old days better". It's hilariously pathetic given that we all know they are just mad that CoD now has as many women/PoC characters to play as they do white men. Doesn't help that most of these losers on reddit sympathize with the third Reich. Must suck to suck.
Old lobbies we’re fun because while people were throwing slurs around constantly, they were so insecure that you could take them from 0 to “fight me irl” in a split second. You could say basically anything to get them riled up to the point of pissing and shidding themselves.
My brother used to do this thing as a 12 year old where he’d embarrass everyone in a game by top fragging silently, then in the lobby hop on the mic and in a high pitched voice go “hey guys you just got your asskicked by a squeaker”
yeah the thing is ive played CoD games since i was a kid. They've literally only gotten better. Maybe a bit buggier at times but that has more to do with corp culture around crunch and shit. The games themselves are more balanced and more fun. I think these guys just get worse at the game as new ones come out and it makes them bitter or something. Also the representation of non white playable characters is a large part of it im certain.
I'll never forget when I encountered a guy on Black Ops 2 whose custom emblem said "Black Ops 2 worst game ever" and was max prestige level with 15 days worth of playtime
i definitely, its not like the lobbies are barren I never wait more then 10 seconds to get matched
