I buy beans from local roasters, typically light to medium roast from Costa Rica, but I'll choose any region. I grind the beans with some cheap Bodum blade grinder and then brew using a moka pot. I love that espresso-like flavor and the fact that I can brew 6 oz of coffee at once without having to deal with an espresso machine, much less the cost of it.
