That's disappointing. I was hoping we'd see a continued growth in home-grown Chinese titles, which I was really excited for because I'm fascinated by the "feel" that different games have depending on their nation of origin (you can kind of tell when a game is made by a US dev vs a Japanese dev, "Euro-jank", etc.).
There will probably still be tons. This legislation seems to be aimed more at stopping online games and addictive/gambling mobile games. All the good single player ones like Dyson Sphere Program and Eastward will probably get approved well before the mobile janks
