    I thought the big thing omicron has going for it is the low incubation period?

      idk. I think they were focusing on the R0. Omicron is around 10 while measles is at least 15. But 10 ain't exactly something to ignore

        Yeah, so plenty of viruses have higher R0. The problem is Measles has an incubation of over a weak, and omicron has only a few days, which acts as a multiplier on the R0.
