That and the Trueanon "Spycops" episodes were absolutely horrifying and cemented my eternal hatred for the FBI, CIA, and all their extensions. They are an inhuman lich that preys on the weak and vulnerable, and should be exterminated like bugs. That is my stance on every single element of the American security state, without exception.
It's in the one about the secret army. I think they brought it up in one of the Mueller episodes too since he oversaw the FBI during the time. Can't give you specific episode numbers but maybe that'll help narrow it down. I think the Mueller episode was the same one where Felix does the bit about fucking him. The secret army one is called Invisible War or some kind of pun like that alluding to it. Secret Wars maybe?
