Well, it’s also in a setting where the prison has a rotating door and does no rehab.

    Superman also does the same.

But it comes down to “can you prevent the Nazis from causing harm and without killing?”

It’s part of why murderers do have prison is the assumption is they won’t do it again.

Batman can capture the joker without killing, I couldn’t do that as I’m not a super ninja with a billion gadgets.

The ideal is not to kill people, but at a point, you have to trolly problem, but they are also the trolley, and they would do it again.

Like if we had magic phantom zones and were bullet proof like Superman- killing Nazis would be bad because we have the option to disable them and exile safely. We live in the real world, so we can’t, but the idea is to use the minimum required violence.

I mean, the phantom zone is just demigod Arkham, place leaks like a sieve.

I don't really know where I was going with my spiel tbh. I think I was focusing on your "taking care of them long term." Batman logic is just performing the strictly moral takedown but it's never about taking care of anything long term. Like batman logic would be tossing the nazi into a camp, not really caring that they all organize into a gang, then having to be an even bigger badass when they all get out organized and ready to go

Oh no. There is a trolly approaching.

You can pull a lever to run over everyone you don’t like or you can never have to hear about trolly problems aside from the Real trolly problem - that there are no trollys for me to ride.
